Continental SIM2K-25x TC1782 (FID: 150, 152)
Supports work with the Continental SIM2K-250/251/253/258/259 series control units based on the Infineon Tricore TC1782 processor with internal memory of 2.5 Mb.
FID: 150 allows reading and writing in BSL mode. The control unit requires opening. Checksum and CVN correction is done during writing. It also has a "Remove protection" function to enable writing via the diagnostic connector.
FID: 152 allows writing with checksum and CVN correction via the diagnostic connector for unlocked control units.
Continental SIM2K-26x TC1791 (FID: 151)
This FID supports work with the Continental SIM2K-260 and SIM2K-261 control units based on the Infineon Tricore TC1791 processor with internal memory of 4 Mb.
Allows reading and writing of calibration area in BSL mode. The control unit requires opening. Checksum and CVN correction is done during writing.
Attention! The special adapter BITS001 (or alternative with automatic BOOT pin control) is necessary and mandatory for operation. Guaranteed to work only with J2534 adapters Scanmatik SM2/SM2 Pro, also works with Tactrix Openport 2.0, Bosch VCM2.
Attention! Tactrix OpenPort with API version 1.16.4769 contains errors in the internal firmware and is not suitable for working with SIM2K-25x/26x control units. To work, it is necessary to update the firmware to a more recent version 1.17.4867 or use a different OpenPort.
To use the module, you need to purchase a Bitbox USB dongle . You can purchase the dongle in our store. One dongle can be used to activate an unlimited number of modules.
Module activation is done within 1 hour on business days (usually 10-15 minutes). Activation may be delayed during weekends and holidays (up to 2 hours).
To activate the module, ONLY the serial number of the dongle and email are required.
To work through the OBD2 connector, a J2534 adapter is required (Scanmatik 2, OpenPort 2.0, Dialink, Mongoose, etc.). Learn more about J2534 here .
To connect the control unit on the bench, the purchase of additional equipment from the following list is required:

Licenses cannot be modified, transferred, or reissued for another device under any circumstances.

After the order status changes to “Waiting for activation”, the data has already been sent to the developer.
From this point onward, the order cannot be canceled, edited, corrected, or refunded.
