We accept returns of non-functioning items within the warranty period. The warranty period is set by the manufacturer.
Attention! We are not responsible for providing incorrect information about serial numbers of keys, devices and other devices. Please make sure that you send us the correct device serial number when activating devices, licenses, etc.
Refunds do not apply to:
Any working equipment.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Devices that show signs of unauthorized repair.
Devices with damaged warranty stickers.
Devices with traces of use.
Traces of a computer hacking attempt.
Devices that do not have their original packaging or the packaging is damaged.
Any non-physical goods such as modules, extensions, licenses, subscriptions, equipment configuration services, etc.
Returns of purchases are carried out at the buyer's expense.
After return, we transfer the device to the developer for diagnostics. Only the developer decides whether to refund the cost or replace it with a new device.
Refunds can be made in the same way as the payment was made or credits will be credited to your profile on our website at your choice.
To process a refund, please fill out the form in your personal account, please note that you must be logged in to the system.
Please note that all parcels are insured.
If upon receipt you see damaged packaging, you need to check the contents before receiving the parcel. If the device is damaged, you need to contact us without receiving the package.
After receiving the parcel, we will not be able to contact the courier service for compensation.
