
Software module for working with the Delphi MT05 engine control unit.
Module is designed to work through the diagnostic connector or on the table with Delphi MT05, Delphi MT05.2/3 control units. It allows to identify the software version in the units, read FullFlash with automatic flash memory size detection, write calibration area, and also correct checksums during writing.
Which cars and control units are supported by the Bitbox Delphi MT05 module:
Delphi MT05 is based on the Infineon SAK-XC164CM-16F40F processor with internal flash memory of 128KB.
Delphi MT05.2/3 is based on the Infineon SAK-XC164CS-32F40BB processor with internal flash memory of 256KB.

The module requires the purchase of a USB protection key Bitbox. The key can be purchased in our store. An unlimited number of modules can be purchased for one key.
Module activation is performed within 1 hour on business days (usually 10-15 minutes). Activation may be delayed on weekends and holidays (up to 2 hours).
For module activation, ONLY the serial number of the key and email are required.
To work through the OBD2 connector, a J2534 adapter is required (Scanmatik 2, OpenPort 2.0, Dialink, Mongoose, and others). More about J2534 here.
To connect the control unit on the table, additional equipment is required, any of the following:
