Which cars and control units does the Bitbox Nissan Hitachi Gen1 CAN module support:
Nissan Hitachi SH705X/SH72XX Gen1 CAN (FID:300)
Hitachi Gen1 control units based on Renesas SH7055/SH7058/SH7059/SH72531/SH72533 processors are supported.
Currently, SH7058/SH7059/SH72533 have been tested. SH7055/SH72531 have been added but not tested.
The module allows identification, reading with auto-detection of size, writing and correction of checksum, reading and erasing errors.
The module requires the purchase of a USB protection key Bitbox. The key can be purchased in our store. An unlimited number of modules can be purchased for one key.
Module activation is performed within 1 hour on business days (usually 10-15 minutes). Activation may be delayed on weekends and holidays (up to 2 hours).
Only the serial number of the key and email are required to activate the module.
To work through the OBD2 connector, a J2534 adapter is required (Scanmatik 2, OpenPort 2.0, Dialink, Mongoose, and others). More about J2534 here.
To connect the control unit on the bench, additional equipment needs to be purchased, any of the following:
Powerbox and Combibox for PCMflash are fully compatible with Bitbox.
