Toyota Denso Diesel 3 BitEdit module

Firmware editing software module for Toyota/Lexus D-4D diesel cars for BitEdit editor.

The module allows you to configure the control systems of Toyota and Lexus diesel cars with 4.5 liter engines and Denso 89661-xxxxx control units.

Available for modification:

Air control: fuel temperature air mass adjustments, addition; Desired air mass for low load, Desired air mass; Minimum desired air mass.
Turbo pressure: desired turbo pressure; Basic turbo pressure map: turbo pressure correction and limitation with active EGR; Turbo pressure limitation correction coefficients; Turbo pressure regulation base; Coolant temperature coefficient for turbo pressure correction, required and final turbo pressure limitation (relative), turbo pressure requirement monitoring.
Turbo pressure: VNT: Turbo pressure regulator for deviation prediction; VNT Controls temperature and atmospheric pressure corrections; VNT Controls and corrects base maps; Desired turbo pressure limitation (relative), maximum and minimum VNT Control correction; Minimum VNT control threshold.
EGR Control: EGR position correction; EGR position limitations; Request for minimum and maximum EGR position; Target EGR position corrections; Target EGR position.
Injection volume: Injection volume limitation depending on transmission; Injection volume base for minimum and maximum limitations; Injection volume correction; Injection volume limitations; Minimum injection volumes.
Injection timing: conditional corrections.
Smoke limitation: smoke limitations.
Injector control: injector opening time for main injection and pilot injection.
Speed limiters: vehicle speed limitation.
Rail pressure: rail pressure limitation, rail pressure regulator base, target rail pressure.
Sensor scaling: Turbo air temperature, Coolant temperature, Fuel temperature, Intake air temperature, and Mass air flow sensor scaling; Mass air flow sensor temperature correction.
Injection start calculation: Main and pilot injection start.
Torque model: resistance loss torque correction, fuel pump resistance loss part from rail pressure, fuel temperature resistance loss part; Injection volume to torque and torque to injection volume conversion maps.

For the module to work, the purchase of a USB protection key BitEdit is required. The key can be purchased in our store. An unlimited number of modules can be purchased for one key.

Description updates for new software versions within the module are free.

Module activation is done within 1 hour on business days (usually 10-15 minutes). Activation may be delayed on weekends and holidays (up to 2 hours). 

Only the serial number of the key and email are required to activate the module.
