The ECM (Used) Learning License for VCTS (VolvoCarTool) is a professional software license designed to perform used Engine Control Module (ECM) learning and adaptation on supported Volvo vehicles via the OBD-II diagnostic port.
For the license to work you will need the VCTS VolvoCarTool 2nd generation programmer
This license enables technicians to learn and pair a used ECM to the vehicle without reflashing the module. The procedure is performed using the VCTS adapter in OBD-II mode, making it an efficient solution for Volvo specialists, automotive diagnostic workshops, and ECU repair professionals.
