BitBox Update: Support for Delphi MT22.3 ECU (NXP SPC563M64) for Traum / Junma Vehicles
A new BitBox software update has been released, further expanding diagnostic and ECU programming capabilities for modern gasoline vehicles.
Support for Delphi MT22.3 engine control units (ECU), based on the NXP SPC563M64 microcontroller, has been added to the China Delphi / AECS Petrol module. These ECUs are widely used in Traum and Junma vehicles.
This update provides:
- accurate ECU identification;
- reliable read and write operations for ECU firmware;
- enhanced calibration handling capabilities;
- improved communication stability with Delphi MT22.3 control units.
