BitBox Adds Bosch PDCU8.0 Support for Chinese Vehicles
The latest BitBox software update expands support for modern Chinese vehicles by adding compatibility with Bosch PDCU8.0 control units based on the Infineon AURIX TC389 processor.
Support has been added to the universal Bosch MG1/MD1 BENCH [SM2/SM3 ONLY] module, providing BENCH-mode access to Bosch PDCU8.0 units installed in various Chinese vehicles.
The update adds support for:
- Bosch PDCU8.0
- Infineon AURIX TC389 processor
- vehicles manufactured in China
- BENCH-mode communication
- operation with Scanmatik 2 (SM2) and Scanmatik 3 (SM3) interfaces
The addition of Bosch PDCU8.0 further expands the coverage of the BitBox Bosch MG1/MD1 BENCH module and provides automotive diagnostics, ECU repair, and programming specialists with additional capabilities for working with modern Bosch control units.
