Tuman - a solution from Russian developers for working with closed NEC, Renesas V850 35xx series processors.
The kit includes a subscription until 2030. All updates and operations are free!
The programmer is used to add keys (including in case of complete loss of AKL) and adjust the odometer of VAG (Audi, VW, Skoda, Seat) MQB platform (2012+).
- Working with white panels Polo (6RF 920 861), Octavia A7 (5E0 920 851)
- No tokens required for instrument clusters with ID48 keys
- No token required when adding MQB48 keys
- No tokens required for odometer correction
- Prepares data container for Xhorse VVDI2
Main features of Tuman programmer
- full reading and writing of Renesas and NEC35xx processors (on-chip or on the programmer board)
- decoding of IMMO data (CS, VIN, MAK, keys)
- odometer adjustment
- instrument cluster cloning
- creating a file for VVDI2 for dealer key preparation
- reading NEC 35XX processors (including encrypted ones) on other cars (e.g. Mercedes, Opel, Toyota, etc.)
For convenience of editing and restoring data and checksums, the program has a calculator.
The calculator is designed to obtain and edit immobilizer data, repair immobilizers, as well as restore odometer data from files from V850 35xx microcontrollers in instrument clusters of VAG group (VW, Skoda, Seat) of the following types:
- VDO x860,x861 (VW Polo Immo4)
- VDO MQB
- JC, Vesteon v1 MQB
- JC, Vesteon v2 MQB
The programmer allows working with closed Renesas microcontrollers, reading and programming memory with Read Disabled, Erase Block Disabled, and Program Disabled lock bits set. Before working with the microcontroller, the protection bits are bypassed, which can take up to 20-30 minutes.
Before reading, the programmer reads all CRC32 areas and checks the read data for compliance. This guarantees the correctness of the read data. The memory areas of the microcontroller are saved separately in a package file with the extension .pck when reading the entire microcontroller, as well as in .bin files separately by areas.
The programmer allows correct reading of the OPBT0 and OCD areas from the protected microcontroller and manually adjust them.
Erasing the microcontroller with the Erase Chip Disable bit set is also possible, but the success rate is about 30%.
Working with the microcontroller can be done "on-chip" using 6 wires, as well as on the programmer board in "soldering" or "with ZIF panel" options. The options are available for the QFP144 microcontroller package.
Currently, the programmer works with the following microcontrollers:
- uPD70F3505
- uPD70F3506
- uPD70F3507
- uPD70F3508
- uPD70F3509
- uPD70F3522
- uPD70F3523
- uPD70F3524
