FLEX Slave

Universal equipment FLEX Slave - a new solution from the manufacturer Magicmotorsport for programming and repairing electronic control units in BDM, Bootloader, JTAG, and AUD modes.

The FLEX programmer has a modular system, and for it to work, the purchase of at least one license of your choice is required. The basic version of the device will not function and is not sold without a license!

The device was produced by the company as a replacement for the famous MAGPro x17 and includes all of its functionality while also incorporating many new updates.

FLEX allows for easy configuration, reprogramming, upgrading, and modification of software for most control units directly through the OBD diagnostic connector of the vehicle. To access the full functionality of the device, an internet connection is required.

Flex equipment is available in two versions: Master and Slave. If you plan to use the device on multiple stations, it will be more cost-effective to use Flex Slave devices, as this license is cheaper, but it doesn't work without a Master device.

The package includes 1 year of updates and technical support (provided by the manufacturer in English).

• When connected on the table, the programmer has the ability for backup, reading, and writing of control units without opening the ECU
• In bench mode, it supports ECU blocks (Bosch Tricore), TCU.
• In boot mode, it supports all available modes:

• Bootloader C167, ST10F2xx, TC17xx, Nexus MPC/SPC5xx
• JTAG Renesas SH705x/SH72xxx
• AUD NEC 76F00xx

FLEX licenses (selectable):

• FLS0.1M Flex ECU OBD + Bench (Car, Bike, Van)

This module groups all access protocols to ECUs via the OBD connector or by removing the block from the table. Protocols can be used with OBD and ENET cables (FLX2.10 and FLX2.11). Programming speed is increased compared to MAGPro2×17 protocols. Flex automatically recognizes Slave ECUs and writes the file loaded into the Master ECU; there is no need to manually write both ECUs.

• FLS0.2M TCU OBD + Bench

Flex TCU software provides full reading/writing of the automatic transmission control unit (TCU) memory without encryption. Block disassembly is not required, and all functions available in boot mode are implemented.

• FLS0.3M Motorola MPC5xx

Flex BDM MPC5XX SW module provides full reading/writing of ECUs without encryption. With both Master and Slave ECUs present, both blocks are supported.

• FLS0.4M Nexus MPC5xxx

SW Flex BL Nexus MPC5XXX module provides reading/writing of ECU memory. Programming speed is increased, and operation with the latest generation protocols of Marelli, Continental, and many other brands is supported.

• FLS0.5M. Full Software Kit for Flex

All software packages are included and will be added to the device as they are released.

• FLS0.6M Renesas SH7xxxx

Module for working with Renesas SH7xxxx processors. Allows for operation via the diagnostic connector or by removing the block "on the table", providing full access to the ECU: reading/writing of both internal flash memory and internal EEPROM as a backup file for cloning and recovery. Additionally, Flex directly enables reading, writing, and checksum calculation of calibration areas.

• FLS0.7M - Flex Siemens C165/166/167

Module allowing operation in Bootloader/"on the table" mode with all control units equipped with C165/166/167 Siemens microprocessors.

• FLS0.8M - Flex ST10F2xx

Module allowing operation in Bootloader/"on the table" mode with control units equipped with ST10F2xx microprocessors.

• FLS0.9M NEC 76F00xx

Flex AUD module for NEC 76F00xx SW provides full reading/writing of ECUs without encryption. This protocol is also known as JTAG NEC 76F00xx by other manufacturers.

• FLS0.10M Infineon TC17xx

Full Bench MEDC17 module allows programming a large number of BOSCH MEDC17 controllers directly through the ECU connector without opening it. The software allows obtaining a complete backup file (including EEPROM) without the need to open the block if you need to restore the ECU to its original state.
