VCTS VolvoCarTool License: Mileage Correction via OBD-II and J-TAG (DASH License Only)

The license enables mileage correction for Volvo vehicles via the OBD-II diagnostic port, as well as recalculation of data in dashboard memory dumps read through a J-TAG programmer, following the wiring diagram provided in the instructions.

For the license to work you will need the VCTS VolvoCarTool programmer.
