Official Replacement of Old PCMflash USB Dongles

Our store offers official service for replacing outdated PCMflash USB security keys. You are eligible for replacement if your dongle has a serial number starting with:

• 2F, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 or 3A.

Replacement Requirements:

To proceed with the replacement, you must provide the following information as registered with your dongle:

• Dongle serial number
• Full name
• Email address

Replacement Process:

• The old USB dongle must be functional.
• After receiving the new dongle:
• The old dongle is deactivated via GrdTRU (same as activation: request file ? update file ? confirmation code).
• The new dongle is activated, and all previously purchased modules are transferred.

Please note: The dongle serial number will change after the replacement.
