MAGICMOTORSPORT Teases SIM2K-510 Support: Release Date October 30, 2026
The long-awaited breakthrough for one of the most protected control units on the market finally has a launch date. MAGICMOTORSPORT has published an official teaser confirming that a solution for the Continental / Kefico SIM2K-510 ECU is scheduled for release on October 30, 2026.
For a long time, the SIM2K-510 unit—widely used across modern Hyundai and Kia vehicles (including models such as the Hyundai Tucson)—remained unsupported across major programming platforms. MAGICMOTORSPORT has announced this upcoming release with the statement: "The impossible finally has a date".
What Is Known So Far
At this stage, MAGICMOTORSPORT has not revealed the technical specifications of the upcoming release. Detailed information regarding connection modes (OBD, Bench, or Boot), memory access types, and supported operations will be officially published alongside the software release on October 30, 2026.
What is certain: the FLEX platform is set to add coverage for an ECU family that has posed a significant challenge for the entire automotive tuning and diagnostic industry.
