Option for working with KIA\HYUNDAI cars.
Option for interfaces:
Main functions:
- Variant EOL coding of instrument panels. (Enable/disable TPMS, AFLS, LKAS and other vehicle systems);
- Programming the type of service, distance and time to service;
- Reading and writing EEPROM of instrument panels (only for panels produced by VDO\Continental);
- Odometer calibration (only for panels produced by VDO\Continental);
- Configuration of comfort control units - BCM (BCM - must support diagnostics via CAN).
IMPORTANT: On cars from the end of 2021 - beginning of 2022, odometer calibration is not possible if the total mileage is more than 100 km. The ability to calibrate the odometer will depend on the instrument panel firmware version.
Directions:
- OBD2 – connection via OBD2;
- C-CAN – Connection to a C-CAN network segment or to the instrument panel directly;
- E-CAN – Only for FDL2 interfaces. Connection to the E-CAN network segment or to the instrument panel directly;
- 16-bit EOL – 16-bit variant encoding;
- 32-bit EOL – 32-bit variant encoding;
- EEPROM – Ability to read and write instrument panel EEPROM;
- ~EEPROM – Not all EEPOM areas are writable;
- ODO – Odometer calibration capability.
