Script for working with BMW FRM3 module.
This module is used in BMW and MINI vehicles such as e70, e71, e90, e87, e81, and r56.
Often after a deep battery discharge or even just disconnecting/reconnecting the battery terminals, the module stops communicating. Features like power windows, turn signals, or headlights malfunction upon ignition.
Working with the module is performed on a workbench.
Attention! This script works exclusively with the iProgPro programmer.
The script allows reading/writing EEEprom/D-flash and includes a script for reading/writing P-Flash. It also contains a D-Flash to EEEprom converter.
The script is designed for maximum ease of use with these modules. Simply connect 4 wires, press the "Check and Restore" button to verify the internal layout. If it's damaged, the script will read D-flash, save it in the Backup folder, convert D-Flash to EEEprom, and write it. If restoration is not possible or software needs to be changed in the module, the programmer can be used to write third-party EEEprom and P-Flash.
