Script for Repairing Steering Angle Sensors (SAS) on Toyota/Lexus/Suzuki Vehicles

The script only works with iProg Pro programmer!

This script restores functionality to SAS units that cannot be repaired through other methods (e.g., via CAN bus).

Key Features:

Fixes sensors that become undetectable via CAN bus (e.g., error code U0126).
Compatible with sensors using R5F2134 processors (tested on part numbers: 89245-12040, 89245-12050, 89245-02060, 89245-0R030) and R5F2154 processors (89245-47010, 89245-0K020).
Supports full read/write access to all memory areas (Data Flash and Rom Flash).
Works with Suzuki sensor 37440-68L010 (R5F2134) — currently limited to Data Flash read/write.
No internet connection required for operation.

Procedure:

Physically connect to the sensor’s PCB contact pads to access the processor.
After repair, perform zero-point calibration via CAN interface (on a bench, using a CAN adapter, or in the vehicle).

The script only transfers key data. Keys will always start the vehicle, but radio channel functionality may be affected (e.g., locks may not respond, lights may flash without action).

How to activate the script?

After completing the order, you will receive files, they must be added to the Scripts folder..

Launch the program and on the left side of the screen you will see the added scripts.
